You make time for appointments, family, work and the people who count on you. But time devoted to your own well-being can be the first thing to disappear when life gets full.
Making room to recharge is an intentional choice about how you want to feel. At SOZO, TheraWellness offers a personalized, non-invasive wellness experience for people interested in relaxation, balance and a calmer mind.
Start with What Recharging Means to You
For one person, it means a break from constant demands. For another, it means feeling more centered or building a routine that includes time to unwind.
Those are different goals, and the conversation should reflect that. Before you begin, think about what you would like to explore:
- More space to settle after a demanding day.
- A wellness routine that includes time for yourself.
- A sense of calm and a clearer transition from activity to rest.
- A guided introduction to a holistic approach you have not tried before.
You do not need to turn those goals into technical language. Your own description of how you feel is a useful starting point.
What Is TheraWellness?
TheraWellness is a non-invasive wellness approach that brings technology into a personalized session focused on relaxation and balance. It is offered as part of our whole-person approach rather than a one-size-fits-all experience.
At SOZO, we take time to explain the session and discuss how it relates to your interests. You can ask about the equipment, the process and what to expect before deciding whether to take part.
An unfamiliar name should not leave you guessing. A good first conversation makes the practical experience understandable.
What Can You Expect from a Session?
Your starting point is a discussion of your goals and suitability. From there, we can explain the session arrangements and help you get comfortable with the process.
There is no need to arrive with a particular belief about energy medicine or an expectation that you must feel a dramatic change. Stay curious, ask questions and pay attention to your experience.
Confirm appointment length and preparation with us when enquiring. If you have an implanted device, are pregnant or are receiving medical treatment, raise that before the session so suitability can be reviewed.
Make the Experience Part of a Thoughtful Routine
A wellness session does not have to carry the weight of changing everything in your life. It can be one part of a routine that also makes space for sleep, enjoyable activity, nourishing meals and connection.
Afterward, reflect on the goals you brought. Did you appreciate the time set aside for yourself? How did the experience feel? What would you like to ask at your next conversation?
Noticing your experience is more useful than expecting everyone to respond in the same way. Changes in sleep, energy or mood can have several influences, so keep the broader picture in mind.
TheraWellness and Vitalyzer Are Separate Offerings
If you have also read about the Vitalyzer, it helps to know the distinction: Vitalyzer is an assessment that produces an energetic report. TheraWellness is a separate therapy service. One does not automatically include the other.

Your Time Matters, Too
You do not have to wait until your calendar is empty to pay attention to your well-being. Start with one clear question, one personal goal and a conversation about what would suit you.
